    How come I don't receive email notifications?

    Hi there,

    I just made a form and it works good on the website. However when I fill in the form as a test, I do receive an auto reply. But I don't receive a notification that the form as been sent.

    Also the test mail doesn't work, even though it says "e-mail has been sent to info@iriswerftvooru.nl

    Can you please help me? The url for the form is: http://www.jotform.com/?formID=22091367544353

    Hi;

    We are really sorry for this issue. I have removed your email from blocked list and you should be able to receive the notification.

    This sometimes happens when your email service provider rejects our emails at some point or when they're not available to received message from us. Reason(s) : 5.1.0 - Unknown address error 550-'"Unknown User"'

    To prevent this from happening again, configure your notification's Sender Name and address to JotForm and noreply@jotform.com, respectively.

    It seems to work now!

    Thanks for your prompt reply. I already changed the sender name to JotForm and noreply@jotform.com. But I guess the unblocking thing was the issue.

    Would you mind giving us your form URL/ID so we can check it?

    Initial solutions is to set your form notifications "Sender Email" to noreply@jotform.com and whitelist Jotmails IP Addresses (http://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses)
