We've had multiple people tell us that they didn't get a confirmation, and sure enough their card was not charged and they didn't show up as a registrant. HELP!!! This is affecting our business!Page URL:

I checked your form, and I don't see any issues with it, and you have no incomplete payments, which means that the submission was not made.
Can you please check if your users are fully submitting the form or not, I just tested and I couldn't replicate any issues.
If you know wether they receive an error, or what exactly is the issue they're facing when trying to submit, that will help us in identifying the issue.
