Cannot open a signature form from employer

    I have applied for a job...I received a jotform...I tried to open the forms which are required for my signature...These are forms which the company created for me...I cannot open the forms...Instead I am taken to a jotform page which reads...Whoops!

    I have checked your email address inside of our email logs and I found that you have submitted this form https://www.jotform.us/form/63496031224148 on Sat, 10 Jun 2017. Autoresponder email with submitted data was sent to your email address. 

    Do you have issues with some other form? I would suggest you to contact the owners of that form and ask them to check if they have sent you the correct link of the form.

    Link that you provided, in not the link of the form. It is the link of some uploaded image and it seems that it is broken.
