Can I set up reminders?

Hi! 

I am wanting to set up a form for a client of mine. It would work like this, a customer checks out, then they would be sent a form that they need to fill out, and what I'm wanting to set up is an auto-generated email reminder if a customer doesn't fill out the survery after "X" amount of days. Is that something that's possible with Jotform? 

Unfortunately, we don't have such feature in our form builder, but we have an send emails later option in Autoresponder and you can access it by editing the Autoresponder and then Advanced:
