Our email is in bounce list

Hi,

Every time I log into our account it is coming us with a message saying our email address is on the bounce list.  It is also saying we do not have any forms when we send the link to people.  Please could you advise.

I checked your account and I did found your email in bounce list. 

I have fixed it now and removed the blocked email. New incoming email should now get through.

Please let us know if issue still persist.
