How can we proceed with our account as we are limited to 25 forms

    Hello,

    We've been using Jotform since 2013 and noticed this week that we've exceeded the amount of forms that are available for out account level. We have 63 forms in our account but our plan now says we can only have 25. 

    Has this changed recently? Being a small non-profit, we can afford the increased cost of switching to the Silver plan, and we don't use all the features available to us in our current plan.

    Can you please advise how we can proceed with our account?

    We have implemented this limit a few months ago. The Bronze Plan is limited to 25 forms. All existing forms are kept, but you cannot create or clone or restore deleted forms. It's either you will recycle your existing forms or upgrade your account.

    Note that we offer a non-profit discount. You may consider availing of this plan. You can apply on this link: https://www.jotform.com/nonprofit/pricing/

    Upon submitting your application, allow us up to 24 hrs for the approval. Once you get approved, you should get an email like this:
