My custom sender emails were being redirected to the junk email folder

    I am sending autoresponders from darren@myfitproblueprint.com but many are going into people's junk

    Subject: Thank you for requesting further info 1/3

    Subject: Brochure 2/3

    Subject: Business report 3/3

     

    What might be the problem?

    I assume this was the form that have the issue. I checked the form but it wasn't using darren@myfitproblueprint.com as the Sender Email.

    Can you please try adding first your email in the Sender's List in your account. 

    Follow this user guide: How-to-Add-a-Custom-Sender-Address-to-an-Email-Alert

    Once added to the Sender Email list, use it on your form as the Sender Email.

    Let us know if this did not resolve the issue.
