Hello... We are testing this solution and have paid to remove the branding.
Now in our testing, it would appear that allow we've paid to remove the branding, it is still being included in the response emails to participants.
Please can someone advise how to remove this please?

Hello tpis001,
You can go your account settings and can uncheck the "Jotform Branding" at the end of the page.
Please let us know if the problem continues or have any other.
