Our users are reporting that they are not receiving the email with the code after completing the email validator (email validator widget).
I have tested it and also found that it is not working.
Some users also previously reported that the codes were being sent to spam folders, but in other cases, including my test, the code is simply not arriving at all - not to inbox, spam, etc.
The widget is currently hidden from the form so that our users can complete it.
EDIT: The message just arrived - 64 minutes since clicking the validate button.

I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.
I could not test your form since "E-mail Validator" widget is hidden. I added this widget in one of my own form and I am not able to replicate the issue you are having. I received the verification email almost instantly. Please check the screenshot below:
I would suggest you to please edit your form and make this widget visible so that we can test this issue in your form.
We will wait for your response.

Please accept my apology. When I tested this widget with my gmail address, I am able to replicate the issue you are reporting. I haven't received the verification email even after 20 minutes.
I am reporting it to our backend team. We will get back to you as soon as we have any update from them.

Your emails should arrive almost instantaneously now.
