A new group of people will be in charge of our online forms. The credit card for billing currently is my personal card. Would you please delete my card .......1213?

You can change your credit card information by clicking on the "Billing" page after you log into your Jotform account.
Or I would like to offer you another alternative. We can downgrade your account from the bronze yearly plan to the free plan. Also, we can make a refund for the unused time. After this process, the account can be upgraded if a new group of people wish.
We'll be awaiting for your response.

I don't want to downgrade or refund. The new treasurer of our group (convention planning) wants to stay with our current bronze plan. I just want to know if it is possible to remove my credit card number before the renewal date.

If I change the plan to Free/Starter, can the new group still do submissions for test runs? I don't need refund.

Thank you for the additional information.
First of all, I would like to inform you that we did not register any credit card details in our system. We use 3rd party payment integrations for the subscriptions. On the other hand, I cancelled your subscription according to be downgraded at the end of subscription period.
This means that, you will be in Bronze plan until the date 2017-12-29 and will be free after this date. So, you won't be charged again.
