PayPayl is not working, inavlid paypal account

    When people register for our conference form through jotform, the paypal link is not working.  We removed one of the item from the payment drop down menu.  Now it appears not to work.  I checked with paypal and all is ok from their end.  Please advise how to get this form back and working.  Is there a phone number to contact you?  This is the 2nd request and there is no evidence of you answering the first request 24 hours ago.  We do need your assistance and would greatly appreciate feedback ASAP.
