Can I populate Form B with data from Form A?

Let's say I have people fill out FORM A with some info. I then want to use that info as part of FORM B with other  that other people will fill out. Form A is an application. Form B is form used to review the application and is used by reviewers. Can I have the info from Form A move automatically to form B so the final form will have the application and the reviews?
