    The function of Export does not work now.

    The situation has been lasting for half an hour.

    Hi,

    I can't seem to replicate this issue on my end. May I know the form ID or the form URL in which you are having problem with? We will check it here. We can also send you a copy of your submissions reports if you want. Just let us know.

    I don't actually need submissionsreports right now.They're just for test.
    But it is still important to make sure if the system can work smoothly.

    I just tried it right now but still failed to replicate this problem. I was able to export/download that form's submissions and my submissions without any problem. Also tried it with different browsers. You can check my screen here using Chrome:

    May I ask you to please try again this time? You may also try to clear your browser's cache before exporting. You only had few submissions so it shouldn't be a problem. I can even download huge submissions.

    Clearing browser's cache before exporting is a good suggestion.

    Are you having too many submissions on your form? You may consider exporting your submissions partially. Check this guide and navigate to Step 3: http://www.jotform.com/help/73-Partial-downloading-of-reports
