Can not receive notifications

    anyway, I tried submitting the form using different custom senders and I don't receive the notification email.

    Do you have any log so we could see if there is an error sending the email?

    I have checked your form named "LS Online Desk" on your side. I couldn't see any error in the notification email configurations.

    I have fulfilled and submitted your form in order to test. I have seen that your recipient email address has received my test submission successfully as seen below:


    Please check your SPAM folder of your email address. If you see the JotForm emails there, please mark them as NOT SPAM.

    Also, you can check your activity logs in order to see if the recipient emails have received the emails or not. For further detailed information, please check the following guide:
