This usually happens when emails are rejected by your email provider.
Here's a quick read about prevention:
And heres a permanent solution (by using your own SMTP server instead of email@example.com)
I also checked the bounce list:
firstname.lastname@example.org is NOT in the bounce list
email@example.com is NOT in the unsubscribe list
