Our submissions by clients are not coming to our e mail address, but to Jofforms? Why?

    This usually happens when emails are rejected by your email provider.

    I also checked the bounce list:

    Result:
    ywampa@comcast.net is NOT in the bounce list
    ywampa@comcast.net is NOT in the unsubscribe list
