    Hi there.  I'm considering replacing Jotform with Wufoo.  However I'd like some additional information about the service.  Specifically uptime for the last 6 months.  In addition one of my colleagues has had trouble getting a response from support despite reaching out here and on twitter.  What is your SLA for responses to support inquiries?  The forms we'd use would be mission critical to data collection in one of our businesses.  


    We tried to embed a form in wordpress but its showed disabled.  We're concerned about the lack of response from support and what it might mean for using your product in a production ready situation given this, however the features are really awesome and better than we've seen on the market.  Please help raise our confidence in your support team and response time by addressing this.

    Regarding the issue that your colleague had, please note that the best way to reach us is here on forum. We provide 24/7 support here on forum. You can tell your colleage to post his question again here on forum and and we will check why he/she did not received response, for question that was posted earlier.
