Giphy Widget not Working

In my form labeled, Best Summit Stories, I am trying to insert a giphy on the 3rd page. The copy/paste function for the giphy link is not working. It is remembering the link to the actual form and won't release it. 

Are you referring to this form (http://www.jotform.us/form/71634040400137)? If yes, are you referring to the third page of the form?
