We tried to embed a form in wordpress but its showed disabled.  We're concerned about the lack of response from support and what it might mean for using your product in a production ready situation given this, however the features are really awesome and better than we've seen on the market.  Please help raise our confidence in your support team and response time by addressing this.  

I have checked and your account with username bmishkin is active. You have two forms on your account and they are also active, so I am not sure why is your embedded form disabled.
