    How to connect to Stripe once and make it available in all forms?

    We have recently upgraded. I'd like to set up our account so that the Stripe login does not have to be entered every time we use it on a form. Is this possible?

    Hello sriehle,

    I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. Do you mean to say that you want to connect with Stripe only once and it should replicate in all the forms you have in your account or in new forms it should not ask to re-login to Stripe?

    Unfortunately no, we do not have such feature. Once you add a Stripe payment tool in your form and connect it with your Stripe account it won't reflect in any other forms. You will have to manually connect your Stripe payment tool of all other forms. 

    Please note that if you have added Stripe payment tool in one form and connected it with your stripe account, the connection will be retained if you clone that form within your own account. If that form is cloned in any other account, it would require to connect/integrate with Stripe again.

    Thank you. Can sub account holders clone a form I create and retain the Stripe settings?

    Because sub-accounts are different from your account, if they clone your form into their accounts, the Stripe settings would go away as my colleague Ashwin explained.

    What I would suggest is that you perform the cloning in your account, and then share these forms with your sub-account users, so they don't have to do any cloning and lose the Stripe connections.
