Hi. I got auto loget out of my account and try to log back in but get "autosuspended"
Whats going on? -

One of your forms has been mistakenly flagged down as a phishing form by our system.
We have this Phishing Detector tool which allows us to automatically suspend thousands of forms for phishing activities such as stealing credit card information, social security numbers, login credentials, child pornography, etc. However this tool is not yet updated to scan the current language in your forms and other similar languages, therefore most of the forms made in these languages are automatically suspended.
To avoid this problem, we recommend creating your form using English as the main language. Then you can translate it to your own language after, you can also make it as a default.
To translate your form, just please follow our steps from this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/298-How-to-Make-your-Forms-Multilingual.
Note that I already reactivated your account.

Can you please let me know which form that triggered this? I don't want to
use much time on this, so I can delete the form that got me suspended. I
have to say that its a bit strange to activate a bot that mistakenly
suspend customers that don't collect such information. My professional
opinion is to deactivate such autoban until you have a successful working
tool. This makes unnecessary trouble for your business and your customers.

This form http://www.jotformeu.com/form/20667090773357. I have already whitelisted the form so nothing to worry about it. We understand your concern, but we cannot deactivate such tool. We can always activate and whitelist legitimate forms.
