Changes are automatically saved. You don't need to press a save button.
If your form isn't saving, maybe you're logged in session has expired? Could you please relogin check it again?
If that doesn't help, what changes you've made into your form that is not showing on the live form? Let us know so we can check it here.

I had just logged in when I started the session but I'll log out and try logging in again.
OK, I did that and now the changes are saving! Thank you!
