    Cant access account -

    Cant get access to my account, it tells me no such user exists when i try and enter my username and details please could someone let me know how i can get hold of my account again, i am using the same password i have always used and i am using a form filler software which has my previous email and password stored so i am 100% sure my password and email are correct, yet it tells me all the time when i enter my details that there is no such account

    actually the person who put in their details does not have the account, i used a different name when submitting this question, could someone please send me the username/password to the account at the email address provided and you can view the site with the email extension


    Not sure but perhaps the person who posted the message on here on behalf of me has hijacked my login details

    After checking your Premium account details, I restablished it to your original data

     have send a reset email to your Johnbarneswindowtinting@gmail.com  account

    In order for you to prevent this issue in the future. Make sure you format your computer or at least have a deep cleaning of cookies, registry traces, etc.

    I also recommend you to include into your password structure: uppercases, lowercases, simbols and numbers. For example Passw@rD81

    we don't send usernames/passwords  over the forum. Owners must know their own usernames and if they lose their passwords, they should reset it to themselves.
