None of my forms on Xara appear properly in the desktop, tablet and smartphone

    Hello,

there was no satisfying answer on jotformforum. My problem still remains unsolved: The website www.jures-fachseminare.de has 3 forms on 2 pages:

    http://www.jures-fachseminare.de/anmeldung_verkehrsrecht-strafrecht.htm   and

    http://www.jures-fachseminare.de/anmeldung_familienrecht.htm

None of them appear properly in the desktop, tablet and smartphone format.

There is only one exception: Crome, desktop format only, show the forms.
In all other applications (browsers and screen sizes) the appearance is "hopping" or the forms are not visible.

I exactly followed the XARA procedure and tried all embedding methods .

    Again: Please find a solution!

    Kind regards, Dieter

Your previous thread is already assigned to our developer and waiting for an update. You should receive a reply on that thread once our developer found a solution for the problem.

For the meantime, try the following:

    1. For the form here http://www.jures-fachseminare.de/anmeldung_familienrecht.htm. Use the following iframe embed codes respectively. Note that the script tags has been removed from the iframe.

    Top form:

    <iframe id="JotFormIFrame-71315022377348" allowtransparency="true" src="https://form.jotformeu.com/71315022377348" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:980px; border:none;" scrolling="no"> </iframe>

    Bottom form:

    <iframe id="JotFormIFrame-71318697077366" allowtransparency="true" src="https://form.jotformeu.com/71318697077366" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:550px; border:none;" scrolling="no"> </iframe>

    2. For the form here http://www.jures-fachseminare.de/anmeldung_verkehrsrecht-strafrecht.htm, use the following embed code:

    Top form:

    <iframe id="JotFormIFrame-62887746821369" allowtransparency="true" src="https://form.jotformeu.com/dhebe/anmeldung-verkehrsrecht-strafrecht" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:1050px; border:none;" scrolling="no"> </iframe>

    Bottom form:

    <iframe id="JotFormIFrame-71318697077366" allowtransparency="true" src="https://form.jotformeu.com/71318697077366" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:550px; border:none;" scrolling="no"> </iframe>

If the above iframe won't work, please try embedding the forms as a "webpage" on Xara. I cannot seem to find this guide from Xara, but I was able to do this on a Trial license before and I'm sure Xara still has this option.

    Here's a graphic from the Widgets section of Xara. Other widgets > Embed as a webpage widget option;

    Hello Welvin,

thanks for the iframe codes for the 3 forms. They work perfectly onboth webpages.

I didn't need to try the Xara webpage widget options.

    Kind regards,

    Dieter
