JotForm accounts don't have permission settings where users can be added and only allowed access to only certain forms or functions in the account. However, if you feel certain parties are trustworthy enough not to do bad things to the account (like change its password and email address and lock you out, or use the account to create phishing forms), you can just share the account's login credentials (username and password) with them. That could be risky but it's your call.
If you just want to share the submissions of certain forms and not access to the entire account, please see this thread.
