Can I use Jotform booking template to book my services and send it to my vendor

I have a travel agency and book multiple tours and excursions.When my clients book with me can I Submit to the appropriate vendor to show that  a service was booked? or are those forms only for website booking?

You can add their email as recipients so they will receive submissions when the form is submitted.
