Image on form not sending in email

I'm testing out my form and have a need to send different images on the forms but when the form is sent, the image isn't there.  I've checked my submission settings and I don't see that option.

Hi,

By default, the static text and images set in the form will not show up in your submissions and in email alert. 

You'll need to open your email alert, and use the rich text editor there to add the static text or image:

If you want to show the static text, headers and image on your submissions page and in the PDF submission, then you need to enable the "Show Headers & Text" in your submissions page.
