Can you filter a form according to date submitted?

I'm not sure I understood you completely, but if you're referring to submissions made in the form, then yes, you can, for example, go to Submissions page:

And while in submissions page, you can filter the submissions showing by clicking the gearbox on the right-hand-side:

Just choose the time frame.

Also, if it works better for you, you can integrate your form with Google Spreadsheet and do the filtering there https://www.jotform.com/help/228-How-to-Integrate-Form-with-Google-Spreadsheet
