    I can not edit or preview my forms?

    Asked by Dplank on July 29, 2012 at 05:56 PM

    Hello,

    When I click on edit or preview button,it will not open my form(s).Everytime I click on anything,to make a new form,preview forms,etc.,I get an error message that state " stack overflow line" then a number follows that message.The number is different all of the time.

    I also noticed that a couple of words in my form title and in the tools area on the side bar are blue,and when I put the cursor over it,a spam ad pops up?Any ideas or suggestions.Thank you (:

    @Dplank

    A stack overflow occurs when there is not enough space in memory to run the hardware interrupt routines. To resolve these behaviors, you can modify the "STACKS=" line in the Config.sys file, eliminate terminate-and-stay-resident program (TSRs), and eliminate hardware conflicts.

    Regarding to that strange behavior, based on my professional experience, it seems your computer security has been compromised. Please restart your computer in safe mode. Clean cookies, clean registry. Run Spybot or other spyware, run an antivirus. Make a backup of your files.

    If you still have issues, please provide with snapshots to have a better idea of the problem
