    Hi,

Upon checking your forms, I see that none of them have the encryption feature enabled, I presume you have already disabled it? To learn more about the encryption feature, please do review this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/344-Encrypted-Forms-and-How-to-Use-Them

If you enable the encryption previously, it will instruct you to download the encryption key that will decrypt the submission data to be readable. Please note that we do NOT store the key in our servers so we do not have a copy of them. If you were not able to download the key or you have accidentally lost/deleted it, unfortunately, we won't be able to help you regarding that. Below is a section of the guide I shared above:

"What happens with submissions if we lose the private key?

If you have lost the private key, then there is not much that you can do - it means that your encrypted data is lost forever, there is no copy of the same on our servers and it is not possible to crack the one that you had.

The only recommendation is to turn off encryption right away on each form so that you can start receiving the submissions - which you will be able to see (as the encryption is turned off), while you can leave the encrypted submissions in your Submissions Panel in case you find the key at some later point in time."

    I hope that helps.
