I see that the issue is already been addressed on your other thread. However, I have checked your account and see that the account is active and good in standing. I have also checked your forms and they seem to be working properly in the builder view or normal view. Are you still experiencing any issue with the forms? If so, please try logging into your account on a private/incognito window or a different browser to see how it works.
