Someone sent 4000 bogus submissions on one of our forms & now we are over limit

One day we received about 4,000 submissions on one of our forms in chinese (or at least I think it was chinese)

Our subscription is for 1,000 submissions & we only use a small fraction of that at our peak

can you re-set our submission limit for this month 

100 would be tons

It looks like someone has already reset your submission limits, your current total shows as 0.  If you haven't already done so, I would strongly recommend adding a captcha to any forms that have been spammed:
