I set up and chose to send a test at the end but never got anything?

Hmmm...same thing. I even tried a different email address. Should I wait til 5 PM to see if the actual one come through?

I have just tested and I couldn't receive the test email either, there seems to be an issue with the daily digest app at the moment.
I have escalated this to our developers to look into, and they will review the issue and update.
You will be notified via this thread with any updates.

Glad to know it's working for you. Can you please point out to the form where the photos are not delivered so we can have a look?
