We are using jotform and it stopped working on our web site

    The contribution button on our website was working until about a week ago and has since stopped working.  It gives and error message of "Somethings wrong, we are currently experiencing technical difficulties.  Please head back to Dwolla.com"  and then it says its a 500 error.  We have questioned Dwolla about this and they referred us to you.

    I have checked your form and I can see your form redirects to Dwolla, I have tested using the direct link as well as the embedded version (the one on the link you share) and both are working.

    I have cleared your forms cache, this may also be a temporary problem, could you please try submitting your form again and see if works? 

    You may also test your form using incognito mode or a different device. Please, let us know how it goes.
