I want to make a form that gets text / sms to me

I would like to make a simple form just name phone number and message to be text messaged to me (SMS) vs having it sent to my email - I can respond faster through text than in email

If this system is unable to do this can you recomend one or point me in the a good direction to look.  Thank you
