Can you display the Thank You page for a few seconds before redirecting to a link?

I would like for the Thank You page to show up after the form is submitted for a few seconds so that the person knows that they completed the form successfully. Then I would like it to automatically redirect to the the form again. I copied the form's link into the url field. Please let me know if this is possible and if so how I can set it up. This survey is going to be on an interactive kiosk at an event where attendees will be lining up to participate. I would like for the person to see the thank you message so that they know they submitted it correctly before it redirects to the form again for the next person.
