How can I make a form that I join other forms?

Requiero hacer un formulario que me permita ingresar a otros formularios que ya cree, es posible hacerlo? para asi generar un llamado de acción desde un formulario de inicio y que de paso a contestar otros formularios que pueden ser independientes o esten direccionados asi uno solo.

My understanding is that you want to redirect the form to another form or combine form fields on all of the forms in your account.

I recommend you redirect the Thank You page to the direct link of the 2nd form. Here's a guide on https://www.jotform.com/help/38-Redirecting-Users-to-a-Different-Page.

You can get the form's direct link in the Publish section.

You may also use the Field Manager app. This app allows you to clone, move, delete fields. Here's the link: http://fieldmanager.jotform.io/
