I have a client who filled out a questionnaire but enter his credit card info wrong. Instead of being prompted to enter it again it cleared everything.
Is there a way to recover all his data entered? As he does not want to enter all the details again

Unfortunately, once the submission attempts to send credit card data and the form is cleared, the data that was entered cannot be recovered. If the submission was not successful, we do not keep a log of what was entered in the form.
