Can payments be completed automatically?

Ok and one more question on the same form. I have paypal set up to take a
$25 payment. Do I have to manually complete each transaction or can it be
set to do that automatically?

If payment is successful, it should automatically be completed.  If you are receiving the funds to your PayPal account and the submission are still being marked as incomplete, you may need to enable IPN in your PayPal account:
