Not getting apps

    Hi there, we recently had a person apply using our jotform form, and we have no record of it.  At the end of the application, we have a unique link that sends them to another site to fill out one last questionnaire, and that site is only accessible if you complete our Jotform form.  Could you tell me why I'm not seeing his app?

    I checked your form and it looks to be working properly.  Do you happen to have the email address of the user who attempted to submit the form?  We can check our logs to see if any notifications were sent.
