Good afternoon,

Is it possible to confirm two fields have the same information? For example, if the emails do not match, the form doesn't submit.

Also, can I restrict the data that is entered to contain a certain amount of characters prior to submission?

You can confirm two fields have the same information by selecting "Confirmation Tex Box" on the properties of the email field:
