Part of paid account but not showing as such

Greetings,

     I was added as a sub user of a paid account, yet it shows as free, and the banners are there.     How can teh paid features be added to my account as sub user?  Main acciount is under john.chandler@locationshawaii.com

Sub users are limited to FREE account restrictions. If you would like paid features you would have to upgrade:
