Hi there, I am having what seems to be a fairly common issue with your software.
I am getting the "Form ID does not match" error when submitting my form.
The form am I trying to create is a combination of two other forms.
I have tried the cloning method twice - same error.
I have tried to create the form from scratch twice - same error.
Having read some other forum threads there does not seem to be any indication that support knows what causes the issue - the best 'fix' seems to be to clear your cookies but unfortunately this does not work for me.
Do you know what causes this issue & can you help me fix the problem?

I noticed that whereas the are only six (6) instances of the form's ID (22112819528553) in the source of the former, there are seven (7) in the latter. Submissions made via the former are going to http://ying.jotform.com/submit.php while those made via the latter are going to http://submit.myjotform.com/submit/22112819528553/. I think that both versions of the form (http://form... and http://www...) should be submitting to http://submit.myjotform.com/submit/22112819528553/. There may be some sort of glitch in the system.

Tried submitting to the WWW form - same error.
Your investigation seems to show that there is a bug in your system somewhere.
Hopefully you can get to the bottom of this because this is preventing me from using your software in my business.
Let me know when you get this fixed.

Yes, something is definitely wrong. When I earlier did three test submissions on the form, I just got confirmation of them ("Thank You" message) with no "Form ID did not match" error but I recently discovered that those submissions were not registered in the form's submission records. Conversely, a more recent test submission briefly showed the "Thank You" message but it was immediately followed by the "Form ID did not match" error. Oddly enough, this submission did show up in the submission records!
I'll submit a ticket and see how best we can get this situation resolved for you.
Our apologies for any inconvenience caused.

I'm sorry for the very delayed update, but may I ask if you have tried re-building this problematic form? Does the problem occur on other forms under your account?
