I currently have my forms set to send the user's submissions to me as an e-mail. Is it possible to have the submissions sent to me as an Excel file. I know that I can convert the submissions to an Excel file. But, I need to know if I can set it up so that, when the user clicks "SUBMIT" that the submissions come to my e-mail as an Excel file. Can that be made to happen?
Please let me know.

I am afraid that feature is not yet supported with JotForm. Currently, all submissions can be sent as PDF attachments only.
This is still something we are looking to add in the future. Hopefully, we will be able to include it soon.
In the meantime, here's how to send the form as PDF attachment. Go to Settings > Emails > PDF attachment
Alternatively, you can manually download the submission in excel file format. Here's the guide for that
