    I am looking for a system that will allow me to provide a "link" on our website for people to "apply for positions at our restaurants" - they click on a link and it takes them to an online application (that we can customize) that they can fill out and submit, then we can login and retrieve the completed applications or they are emailed to us automatically - does Jotform do this?

    Absolutely. This is something Jotform can do for you. All you need to do is create the field you want in your online application form.

    After they submit the form, you can enable PDF attachment so that you can receive their application in PDF form.

    This can be done under Settings > Emails > Advanced tab.
