My account is auto-suspended

I have checked your account named "aipptraining" and I have seen that your account has been auto-suspended by our automatic phishing detection system due to phishing as you have requested login information (password) from users in your form named “Registration Form" as you can see the screenshot below:

You are not allowed to collect passwords in your forms. This situation violated our Term Of Use and your forms have been disabled. So, I had to delete these forbidden fields from your form and re-activated your account again.
