I cannot revert my form back to the correct version

    Hello,

    John Benson looked at my previous question, but did not read the issue correctly and it is still not resolved:

     

    This form is still playing up. On the "revision history" it says it is reverted to the correct version, but then when you go into preview it is back to the messed up version?

    I don't understand what is going on, or how this has even happened in the first place? How could something go so bad?

    Hi,

    Our apologies for any inconvenience that has caused you. I think you want to use some HTML tags in your text fields. I would like to inform you that these kinds of changes aren't allowed. Because of this reason, you have lost your changes. I cloned your form on my end made some changes in the advanced form designer panel. Here is my result: Click here to check my cloned form

    Thank you for escalating this and looking into this, but I’m still not sure what caused the issue as I didn’t try putting any HTML tags in the text field? The only place where a hyperlink would have existed is in the terms and conditions field which is designed to have an external link? I have cloned the form, but the only thing is the T&Cs should be white writing.

    To make the color of the Terms and Conditions become white, please inject the CSS code below on the widget:

    label {

        color: #ffffff !important;

    }
