Regarding your question, you can add pdf with terms and conditions using our PDF Embedder widget. Then you may add conditional logic for show/hide this field like this,

There is another solution is available, you may use our Short Scrollable Terms widget, but this time you need to write your terms as text, you can't add pdf.
