Looks like I was double billed

    Hi,

    When I check your Jotform account, it seems that you have been in our bronze-yearly plan since 2016, June. Your annual service renewed on June, 14th 2017 and your next billing date will be on June, 14th 2018. So, you don't have double subscriptions. Please check it from the screenshot:
