Questions about your service - desperate to find new form company!!

    Hi,

    I am looking for a new form company asap.  If someone can please get back to me with the answers below that would be a huge help!!

    1. Is there a way to pull up individual form? 

    2. Is there a save and resume feature for client if they need to walk away in the middle of completing and return later? Will their data still be there even is only partially completed? 

    3. Are there auto-reminders that can be set up to complete the form, security and back up data settings 

    4. Is the site iPad friendly? 

    5. Do you run server in the weekend? Our existing form company does not which make it very difficult to work with them. 

    6. Does it integrate with Redtail?

    Please find below my answers to your questions:

    1. Is there a way to pull up individual form? 

    You can build individual forms, and send them to your users individually, without having to host them on your website. You can also print your forms and make them fillable PDF forms. Furthermore, depending on your plan, you can build as many forms as you like, starting from 5 for the free plan. 

    2. Is there a save and resume feature for client if they need to walk away in the middle of completing and return later? Will their data still be there even is only partially completed? 

    This is indeed possible, we have a "Save and continue later" option in our form settings, we also have another save and continue later feature which uses sessions, please see the guide below for more information:

    3. Are there auto-reminders that can be set up to complete the form, security and back up data settings 

    You can set autoresponders to send immediately, or after some time, you can specify that time in your settings, please see the guide below for more information:

    4. Is the site iPad friendly? 

    Yes, all of our forms are responsive by default. 

    5. Do you run server in the weekend? Our existing form company does not which make it very difficult to work with them. 

    Our servers run 24/7, users can submit their forms any time, and you can login and manage your forms/submissions any time you want.

    6. Does it integrate with Redtail?

    We don't have a direct integration with Redtail at the moment, the integration that we have is done through zapier, Here's how you can integrate your JotForm with Redtail:

    Thanks for getting back to me! This all sounds great!
    For my questions #2 and #3, is there an extra fee in additional to the
    monthly fee to have these services.
    Ideally, it would be 2 users, 1 multiple page form, and we currently have
    over 200 forms in out existing form site. With that said, what do you
    think is the best plan for us?

    There is not any extra fee for any of our features. 

    Each account type can have sub account users. Number of sub account user that you can have will depend on your account type. 

    How to Share Forms with a Sub-account User

    If you want to create 200 forms, you will have to upgrade to Gold account. Gold accounts can have unlimited forms.
