What happens if I have a free account and I go over the limits? Is there a fee per transaction?

    The forms will be disabled if your account reaches the monthly limit and it will not be usable. JotForm resets the monthly limits back to 0 every first day of the month. Here's a screenshot that will appear to your form once you reached the monthly limit:

    There's no fee per transactions or submission. Being a free user, all features, tools, etc are free to use. Hope that helps. If you need further assistance, please contact us again.
